1.Sandalwood paste can certainly be applied to Dwaraka Shila like it is done for Salagrama murthis.
2.Offering incense sticks is not part of the prescribed procedures.
3.One can remove the sandalwood paste to offer or accept it as a prasadam.
4.Tulasi must be placed in the inner portion of the right ear.
5.Even when flowers are not available, Tulasi is sufficient, with which all the services can be rendered.
