I am currently pregnant. Daily, I listen to spiritual discourses (Upanyasams) and recite Prabandham and Desika Stotras. Aside from these, what specific things should I do for the child to be born as a ‘Garbha Shriman’ and to receive the full grace of Perumal and Thayar? Please explain in detail the ways to bring forth a noble Sri Vaishnava child.

Everything you are currently doing is correct. Along with that, you can recite the “Vaaranamayiram” (sacred verses by Andal). In its concluding verse (Phala-sruti), it says, “Those who recite this will be blessed with virtuous children “vAzhum nan makkalaip peTRu magzhivarE”. This will pave the way for having good Sri Vaishnava children. Since it is believed that the child in the womb can hear what you hear, continue to listen to as many good spiritual matters as possible and stay in good company (Satsangam).
