According to the Aahra Niyamam (dietary rules), which millets can be included? Is it permissible to consume during fasting days, or should it not be consumed like rice? Are oats allowed?

In our Bharata Desam, millets that are consumed by our elders can be used. Ancient texts also mention these millets. Our ancestors have used millets like Ragi. Oats came from foreign lands, so traditionally, they should not be included. Gothumai (wheat) and other grains are allowed to be taken during fasting days.
