Women do not have the eligibility to perform Aradhanam. However, they can touch the Padukas for cleaning. They can assist in the worship by cleaning the area, drawing Kolams, and preparing flowers. By doing this service, they gain the merit of the worship. They should not perform the Tiruvaradhanam.
