a. If, after performing Sharanagati (surrender), one does not frequently get Acharya Darshana (the sight/blessings of the Acharya), will it hinder Moksha (liberation)? I am unable to have Darshan as I am in Bangalore for work. b. If, after Sharanagati, one does not have complete faith (Vishwasam) in the Acharya, will Perumal not grant Moksha? Or will Perumal Himself induce that faith and then grant Moksha?

a. You should have Acharya Darshana as much as possible. If it is not possible, then you should daily recite and meditate on the Acharya Taniyan (a eulogising verse praising the Acharya).
b. Avoid the question of whether Perumal will grant Moksha if there is no faith in the Acharya. Faith in the Acharya is definitely necessary. If there is no faith, Perumal Himself will bestow that faith. Moreover, it is important for us to make an effort to cultivate that faith. If we recite the Taniyans of the Acharya and his Acharyas, that faith will come to us.
