a. I have heard that all the Archa Vigrahas of Sriman Narayana are one and the same. However, many times we are told to worship a specific form of Perumal or His Nityasuris to obtain a specific result quickly. For instance, during times of danger, we are advised to worship Sri Narasimha, Sri Anjaneya Swami, or Sri Chakrathazhvar. Why is this? Will a devotee get results faster if they pray to Sri Anjaneyar or Sri Narasimha rather than worshipping Sri Krishna? b. Can you provide information about Sri Panchamukha Anjaneyar? Is there a custom of worshipping Sri Panchamukha Anjaneyar in our Sampradayam (tradition)?

. Even though all divine forms (Thirumenis) are indeed one, it is stated in the Agamas that each specific form yields a specific, special result. Perumal is waiting in those respective forms to grant us special results. If we meditate upon that specific form, we will receive that specific result. The Agamas state that Perumal, who is capable of blessing us in various ways, has assumed these various forms specifically to grant us special blessings and is waiting to bless us.
Therefore, Sri Narasimha Perumal is waiting specifically to protect us during times of danger. Perumal exists in many forms, so that when told in this manner, it instils a sense of faith (Sraddha) in us.
b. There is a custom of worshipping Panchamukha Anjaneyar. You may worship Him.
