During the month of Karthigai, when the Bharani star is present, I have heard that “Bharani Deepam” is lit early in the morning. Should this deepam be lit for Perumal? Can this deepam be lit in the evening if the Bharani star is present in the evening?

We have heard that Bharani Deepam is lit only in the evening. We do not know about lighting it in the early morning.
